Yeah, but nothing current-gen apart from a handful of demos and other freebies. They've got all the Redump and No-Intro archives, as well as 3DS, Wii U, XBLA, and PSN archives. But if you're looking for Switch, PS4/PS5, or Xbox One/Series, you won't be finding it there.
Like Vimm, the Internet Archive is an archival project, not a piracy project, and just like Vimm they comply with DMCA takedown requests. Just because certain games are available on the site at the moment doesn't mean they'll be there forever. If there's anything you want and you're willing to spare the storage space, you should probably download it sooner rather than later.
