'Final Fantasy XIII PS3 Incorrect Version (USA)

i recently downloaded a copy Final Fantasy XIII and i kept getting the European Version (MRTC00003) where its to be supposed USA Version also just to be sure I verified the dump with PS3 ISO Rebuilder it appears that some files are corrupted as well.
