Only a handful of unmodified PC DVD drives are able to read Xbox 360 discs in the first place. If you have one of those drives, you can rip the ISO and run it in Xenia, but I wouldn't expect Xenia to ever support running the game directly from disc.

Any chance that Xbox 360 emulators will ever be able to play actual discs from a DVD drive like PCSX2 can?
