Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Item Glitch

I have been playing Spirit Tracks through the DS IOS emulator app. However, there has been one problem. There are multiple chests in the Tower of Spirits that are supposed to contain Mystic Jade, but all of those chests have Palace Dishes in them instead. Now, I can't get Mystic Jade anywhere, and I need it to upgrade my train. Has anyone else had this problem?
