Markmonitor is a legit copyright protection service used by tons of high-profile corporations to protect their IP.

As i have read thru the posts involving this recent act. I do believe that you can double check the legal action that was presented to you and verify it is real. If not i say bring them back and if the same group presents itself again they should verify the notice. I say this because if nintendo itself wanted to shut down your site for there games they would not target only certain titles but request they all be dropped.
