Two new requests arrived from opsecsecurity.com today. One is on behalf of Sega Corporation requesting the removal of 188 games. The other is on behalf of the Entertainment Software Association requesting removal of 3114 games. The requested downloads have been removed.
I received a follow-up notice today from mm-nintendo.com correcting the wording (and grammar) of the originals. Here's the new text.
This notice is provided pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 USC § 512. I write to report that the website listed below includes links to images and downloads that infringe on copyrights owned by Nintendo of America Inc. A full list of URLs with infringing materials is below. In addition, the site displays Nintendo’s trademarks and other intellectual property (including characters) which is likely to lead to consumer confusion.The referenced downloads have been permanently removed.
