whoops, used wrong key for I (but ignore it)
now after looking a bit at the vault, i realised that japanese versions of games are still avaliable. so HELL YEAH WE CAN STILL DOWNLOAD THE TAKEN DOWN GAMES EVEN ?F THEY'RE ?N ANOTHER LANGUAGE!
