the thing is would vimm really get charged for a crime? there is proof on the site itself that many of the games with "Sonic" in their title that were taken down aren't Sonic games and have nothing to do with Sega. The claims very much arent legit so what is the worse that could happen leaving them up?

Guys, even if you think it's a troll still, there really isn't much you can do. You all should probably find a new website soon if this continues, there isn't a point to bitching about it. Sucks that it had to be this way, especially since I just found this website, but what do you want Vimm to do? Get charged for a crime?
