Those are known issues with the game in RPCS3. PS3 emulation is still imperfect, and not every game will run without issues. There are no settings you can tweak that will fix the issues at the moment, you will have to simply wait for a future update of the emulator.
The most common graphics errors are strange green graphics showing up on characters as they get damaged, and things randomly disappearing. There are also instances in which the entire screen goes black.
