Damn I wish I could upvote this. Let this comment suffice as notice I would pay to help you do it.
I'm not a webmaster, but any reason not to move hosting to Singapore or Malaysia, etc... where DMCA does not apply? Nintendo has gotten outright punitive with this childish power signaling where it affects their bottom line, not at all.
