Or make a folder on your desktop called SNES ROMS, that would be an obivous easy place to find it. Im not sure if you misspelled save for same(which would make that sentence seem correct) to save a rom file go to file,save, OR i believe hold shift and a F1 F2 etc key. Then to quickly go to the saved file just press F1 F2 etc, whatever which file it is, each F1 F2 is a separate save file. Remember to NOT HOLD SHIFT or even press it, if you are going back to your saved game, ONLY hold shift and a file to save it! Hope it might help...if not post again.

I usually save the ROM in the same folder that SNES9x is installed. One less folder to keep track of. :-)
