Emulating on Console...

Does anyone here know how to put an emulator on a Console like PS2, Dreamcast,Xbox, etc? Has anyone done it? If so, please fill me in, because i dont quite understand some of them that are online. Otherwise could someone point me into the right direction (A easy to use website). It would be much appreciated! Thanks
