I don't personally know where you can dump the game, but to answer the other question, he does take certain digital games, but mostly Wii Ware games. I have a feeling the reason he doesn't take digital-only titles for the most part is because he tries to make sure that the games data files match the games' physical version.

Anywhere I can dump it? Also do you know why vimm's doesn't take digital video games?
