ps. its on NES

i used to have a game as a kid and i dont remember what it is called, this is where you come in!

in this game you started off with some character who looked like a little white thing with a blue hat and u had to go around this world and defeat / recruit your friends then you could play as them all. the first character is already mentioned... the second character is an orange dragon thing who can swim... then third character is a ghost like thing tha can jump far... the fourth and final character is a green amphibion thing that can walk on the bottom of the waterbed... it may have been some japanese game as my friend bought it overseas but to be honest thats all i can remember but i cant wait to find this game again.
