It will, but I haven't installed any Wii games to my Wii U for a few years now so I don't remember how the WiiVC Injector handles it, I want to say that it compresses the game to a small enough size to fit on Fat32 but I do not remember.
I'll dig around for my Wii U and try to install Centipede: Infestation as an ISO and I'll get back to you when I can, I can't promise that I'll be quick though cause I do not remember where my Wii U and its cables all are.

didn't know that. but if i convert to ISO, won't it exceed the 4gig max that the fat32 can handle?
