That's not true. There are plenty of consoles and libraries he can add: ColecoVision, Intellivision, Mega Duck, Wonderswan, Neo Geo series (CD, Pocket, etc.), Atari Jaguar and Jaguar CD, various home computers such as the Atari 800 and ZX Spectrum, video formats such as GBA Video and whatever the PSP video format was called, among other things.

Well Vimm has complete listings for every console and handheld pretty much. If there is anything left to add, it's probably on the internet somewhere unless he decides to add rom hacks or whatever. I would add the color hacks for Game Boy games if i were him. But then that runs into stuff like Super Mario Land, Mega Man, and Metroid II.
