I have also tried downloading it and playing it with Rpcs3 and couldn't get past it PPU compiling. It just displays a black screen. The error in the emulator shows:

That's a large game file. Are you sure the download wasn't interrupted? Have you tried re-downloading it?
Normally, you could match the download against the hash on the page or on Redump to make sure it's not corrupted, however since Vimm decided to convert all the PS3 games from ISO to JB folder, the hashes on the download page are irrelevant. It's conceivable that the conversion process could have screwed something up with this particular game, but you should still try downloading it again to make sure it wasn't a problem with your download.
