You can go to the location where PCSX2 puts the save data and see if it's still there. Copy it somewhere safe and then just reinstall the emulator to reset the settings back to normal. Although if you did delete the memory data like you said and you didn't have any save states, then you might just have to start from scratch.

I am VERY addicted to Gran Turismo (like VERY VERY addicted). One day, i was having performance issues in PCSX2 and decided to reset the settings. It was just fine the first time, then the second, the game would boot to the agreement thing, then crash the whole emulator. Gran Turismo 3 also suffered from this, and i don't know how to restore my game back. I had a save loaded, but every time i loaded it and did ANYTHING that required memory access would crash (GT4 also kinda did the same thing but i deleted the save, and so did GT4) the emulator. Deleting memory data from the BIOS didn't help at all, and i wish i hadn't done that. Being so addicted, the only other game left is GTPSP (which i loaded cheat codes for, defeating any other purpose to play the game considering that the whole point was to collect cars & race with them) Please, if possible, tell me how to restore my save back... I wish i hadn't done that.... (sorry for this yap)
