Re: IP cap on downloading games too fast or too ma

so you can repeat this its pretty easy as ive had this happen many times, an usually takes a few weeks to clear up, if you download X amount of games in like a month you get hit with this, an or, if you try opening bookmark download, open bookmark, downlaod really quickly, your IP gets flagged an then your download gets capped right at 80kb, how can i tell? well usually downloads randomly jump between 6-40mb, an my interenet test speed an other site downloads are still over 100mb, an on other devices if i got vimms i get the 40 mb still but not the pc i used which just hit the random flag that caps your downloads

after many months of going through looking up each game to make sure its not same game on different console or same game but different country, looking up so so so many japan only games with no wiki to tell what it even is.... im finally at the end, only a few consoles left, 1 of which is wiiware, i usually bookmark a list of everything form 1 console at a time an go through bookmarking's looking up game an downloading or not, so on, well sense wiiware games are so small they instantly downlaod, decided i was just gunna download the 1,3000 boomarkings i made an delete what i dont want later..... well i found some sort of hidden download cap
