trying too find this game but i dont know the name

its a shooter game ur a spaceman going through several weird levels that r like body parts, and in the end ur carring the capsule of someone and its like a mad rush too the end cuz ur dodging through a maze, and on the first level ur boss is like a dog jumping around with i believe bogin eyes....does anyone know this game???
