Maybe I should have been more specific but this is about the European PAL version. TCRF mentions a later "US/Asia" revision, which seems to be another can of worms.

TCRF lists the version differences as "to do", so presumably they're very small and nobody has taken the time to find them.

I would assume it's just bug fixes that were patched in a later printing.
