You can still get the patch from the original Mega link and apply it to the ROM yourself:

CDRomance has a patched ROM, but it looks like you need to sign up for a forum to access their downloads now? Someone more familiar with them could probably explain it better.

I've seen english patches for the ps1 and saturn version but can't seem to actually find a download for either one anywhere. Would love to play it again
