going to b stupid here how do i to that as i play it on this site and sometimes it says failed to start just wanted to know how to fix the problem

hi have been playing the player manager ninety nine game on ps1 but for some reason it wont let me play the game it is says firmware is missing can anyone help how to solive the problem thank you
