Yeah, I didn't know the games started on the PC. I first played them on the console. As far as this emulator is concerned, it seems to be a crapshoot. Some games run, some just crash after the opening screen.
Valve games were on PC first, you know. If all you want to do is play the games on PC, then why go through a roundabout means of emulating the console versions instead of just running the native versions?
If there's something particular you want out of the Xbox versions of the games and you don't have an actual Xbox to play them on, then you'll have to put in the effort of learning the technical aspects of emulation. Xenia isn't as polished as something like Dolphin, this is true, and it's going to be that way for the foreseeable future.
Here's your first tip: open the Xenia config file in a text editor like Notepad and scroll down until you find the line that says "break_on_unimplemented_instructions = true". Change "true" to "false" and save the file. Now see if the game runs.
