Taking up your "technical aspects" point... I'm a n00b, always have been. Maybe I should stop worrying about the games that don't work and just delete them. Xenia, and RPCS3 BOTH seem to be giving me more trouble then they're worth for my level of ability.

Valve games were on PC first, you know. If all you want to do is play the games on PC, then why go through a roundabout means of emulating the console versions instead of just running the native versions?

If there's something particular you want out of the Xbox versions of the games and you don't have an actual Xbox to play them on, then you'll have to put in the effort of learning the technical aspects of emulation. Xenia isn't as polished as something like Dolphin, this is true, and it's going to be that way for the foreseeable future.

Here's your first tip: open the Xenia config file in a text editor like Notepad and scroll down until you find the line that says "break_on_unimplemented_instructions = true". Change "true" to "false" and save the file. Now see if the game runs.
