There are a couple different printings of Sonic CD that have different hashes for Track 13, but I can't find any discussion online that has been able to determine if those differences are meaningful in terms of content or gameplay. It's completely possible that it was simply minor differences in junk data on the disc that don't show up for the end user in any way.

So I looked through some of the Sega CD games, and I noticed that a couple games were labeled with (Alt). For example, Sonic CD & then Sonic CD (Alt). What's that about?
