I can unzip the file because Vista unzips files w/out Winzip. But it says operation cancelled and I have downloaded it like 40 times. It works fine on the PC
So are you unable to unzip the files, or is the emulator itself not working? If the files won't unzip, try redownloading the zip file from here or whatever SNES9x's site is; if the emulator itself isn't working, you might try running ZSNES instead.
