I don't know of any particular products to suggest, but I would make sure you get a scaler, not just a converter, otherwise you'll have to set the output resolution to 240p natively.

I have a 240p CRT I wanna play some emulated games on from PS1 era and earlier. I'm worried about the quality of those cheap HDMI-to-Composite cables off Amazon. Any suggestions?
