For what it's worth, I've seen people getting the game to run on the Steam Deck, so you might have better luck running the game under Linux with Proton than under Windows.
Yeah I checked. My R9 200 I got from my brother wasn't enough. I can't even find what the bare minimum graphics card is for DirectX 12.
