Double-check to make sure you didn't unzip the emulator inside of your OneDrive folder. If you did, move it to a local folder instead.

i downloaded the ps3 emulator from here and unzipped it too, when i try opening rpcs3, it says i shouldnt use onedrive or something. pls help idk how to set up emulators and stuff and i just wanna play rainbow six
