The PS3 Vault doesn't currently include PSN content. I would recommend uploading it to the Internet Archive instead, just check to see if anyone else has uploaded it first. I wouldn't worry about ISP meddling myself, they can't tell what you're uploading as long as the site is using HTTPS (which both Vimm and the Internet Archive do), but if you're really worried you can use a proxy to upload it.
so I still have the LBP2 beta installed on my PS3 and think it would be cool to extract it, as well as possibly provide it to the vault. I don't know how to do that though, and I have some concern about my isp catching me uploading it.
