Sorry, the original CRC32 hash for FF3 US is a27f1c7a. 4bd8902b is a hash for a beta version.
Where are you getting that hash number from? The FF3 US CRC32 hash is 4bd8902b, and c0fa0464 for Rev 1. When I search up your hash number, all I get is this forum post.
