Not every game runs the same on Dolphin. Some games require more intensive hardware or specific hardware configurations. Dolphin has a wiki (wiki.dolphin-emu.org) that might be able to provide you with more information for certain titles, as well as a forum and bug tracker where you can report your issues to the Dolphin dev community.
