Sorry, I did not look too closely at the DLC situation in question. The multiplayer unlocks you are looking for are not DLC in the traditional sense (they don't contain download data, which is what No-Intro archives and tracks). Hence why they are not included in No-Intro. They are basically in-game microtransaction purchases tied to your PSN account, and since they are server-side, they cannot be pirated.
