Sounds like you're looking for a ZSNES movie editor.  I don't know of anything that can do that but it should be possible to convert them to a different format which you can edit.

Don't worry about deleting my posts, it's nothing really. But i was getting intrested in the Zsnes movie recorder. So i recorded myself beating a game and want to combine it with the other boss battles clips i have and what not so i just wanted to know how to do that if you can... o_O
