extracting game from a chromebook

System: PlayStation 3

Hi i downloaded the last of us from my usb to my mums asus chromebook due to lack of space on my own laptop. I can't download winrar on my mums asus chrome laptop? Does anyone know of another app i could use to extract the game files to my usb using the chromebook?
