Driver2 Disc Two Challenges

Hello all. I have been thoroughly enjoying replaying Driver 2's missions. I have been using the webpage simulator available here on this site. I have completed all the missions on disc 1, so now the time has come for me to move on from Havana to Las Vegas. However, I have not been able to get disc 2 to work. Once I completed the last mission on disc 1, it told me to insert disc 2. So I loaded up disc 2 on my webpage and imported the last save file I had. Yet, when I do this, it tells me to insert disc 1. So far, I have tried changing the name of the save file (editing the part that says "disc 1" to "disc 2") and tried downloading 100% complete save data and importing it into the online emulator, but each to no avail.
Has anyone else solved this problem? Does anyone perhaps have a save state at the beginning of disc 2 they would be willing to share? Or will I need to download an emulator onto my PC to continue with my progress?
