I started to merge the manual user database with the message boards to make one central login but I got a bit sidetracked with server trouble.  I'm still planning to finish the merge though.  I've also been thinking of trimming The Manual Project back to its original scope of NES and SNES manuals.  I didn't get as many contributions through the automated system as I had hoped for and I suspect it was a tad too complicated for many.  A full tutorial may help but I never got around to writing one.

I'm trying to register at vimm.net so I can upload some manuals, but I'm getting this message:
"Error: Unable to process registration."

Is there anything I can do? Also I tried sending this message to web@vimm.net and store@vimm.net but it bounced both times.

Have you stopped accepting new users/submissions? The Manual Project page says the latest addition was on 9/24/07.
