81.8 TB?! Dude I wish, being a legacy software packrat. I have over 300 programs from 1990 to 2010. Game preservation (like piracy) is a cat-and-bag game - someone always has a copy (maybe on their 82 TB? :) ) and might remove it, even if only to piss off Nintendo. Also congrats on the dedication - downloading anything from this site takes SOOOO long and the one-at-a-time does not help, though I understand this restriction on Vimm's part.

The restrictions are not lifted by any means at this point. They remain in effect until copyright holder notifies them of change of status. Recent additions were not listed as part of the take downs so they are currently not effected until such time the rights holders choose to pursue those take downs as well. To all users i say take advantage of this opportunity to gather games. I already did myself so i am covered. 566 English games 410 Gb of space as part of my 81.8 Tb raid setup and still growing.
