could you give a little more details? I don't have Vista so I can't be that much of a service. Are all the emulators doing it? Vimm's files are self-extracting executable files (.exe) so if you're trying to unzip them manually or with a program you don't need to, just double click it and choose a location. Since they run fine for me in XP maybe if you right-click the file, goto Properties, click Compatibility Tab, and change the compatibility mode for an older Windows OS then maybe it will work. But this is just theory.
