like the other person stated, it depends on your emulator of choice
i would say find an emulator that looks promising, then look up a set-up guide on youtube. most of the popular ones are pretty easy to get running, at most you'd need to find or dumb any BIOS or system files the emulator needs

I'm new to using emulators and I'm unsure of how to actually go about getting one set up correctly and using it. What is the best way to find a step by step instruction of how to unzip and where to save and how to get one functioning. I know the game I want to start with I just don't know of how to actually get started. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
