Well, I did manage to get through tot eh 7zip option much sooner than I expected, and yes it does work. Didn't realize that was something that had to be done with some files tbh, so good to know going forward.

As to the question of it possibly being interrupted, that's actually why I tried twice before posting here. The first time I downloaded it I was doing something on my pc so I simply assumed that's what lead to the issues.
For the first question, no, I haven't actually tried using 7zip, I'll try it today when I get that chance and post here again of the result.
