I will try, but Retroarch worked with everyother nintendo rom on here besides the gamecube ones, I will do the things suggested above to see if it fixes anything.

Retroarch's Dolphin core should support CISO.

What OS/hardware are you running RetroArch on?

Have you installed the Dolphin core system files? (under Online Updater -> Core System Files Downloader, or manually if you can't update over the internet)

Have you made sure the graphics backend set in the Dolphin.ini file matches the graphics driver set in RetroArch's driver settings? Have you tried switching to a different graphics driver? (e.g. from Vulkan to D3D or vice-versa?)
