I 100% agree with the last sentence, indeed we must Preserve these games, I did go to the link, the Japan roms I was looking for are not present, I am looking for a japan version of Heartgold and soulsilver, Platinum, Black and White, and Black 2 and White 2, and a Japan version of these GBA titles Fire Red and Leaf Green and Emerald, if by any chance you or anyone knows a safe way to get these please tell me, I am very thankful for your help.

You can get them here, but you have to change your region, or you can just search Pokemon games from the Vault page, like the link below.
