Ok. I patched the file and tested to see if it worked and it looked fine. The Readme says there will be problems during battles with Zsnes, but Snes9x and BSNES should run it just fine. The translation is only 98% complete, but its the best there is right now.

Fire Emblem 3 - Mystery of the Emblem 1.1 Patched
The game itself was never released in America so you won't find an English version. There might be a complete or near-complete translation patch for Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem (sometimes called Fire Emblem 3), which would be the first Fire Emblem for the Super Famicom although it's just a remake of the Famicom original. Also, I think Zsnes has issues with either the ROM or the patch or both. If you still want it (Fire Emblem 3) then I'll see if I can find it and upload it.
