Infamous Festival of Blood never got a physical release. It was included in the "Infamous Collection" edition of the game, but only as a voucher with a PSN download code.
For PSN games, try Myrient or the Internet Archive instead.
This is NOT a DLC dependent on the original game. It is a stand-alone DLC that boots separate to "Infamous 2." Please add this gem of a game!
