Shows up in Firefox on Windows 11. Whatever indicator you added must be extremely subtle, because I can't tell the difference.
Also, I don't recall what the malicious download was for. All I remember is I was browsing The Vault with Chrome on my phone and I got redirected to a malicious download.

To identify the culprit I need more information. I've added a subtle indicator I can check to see who's ad is running, so could you take another screen shot? Any other information such as browser and OS would be useful. Also, what's the malicious download?
