from what i can tell, the JB folder is the raw file structure of a PS3 game, while .dec.iso is an encrypted ISO.
JB folder's far easier to mod, but if you get the ISO decrytped, it's probably a little smaller. Although you'd have to keep remaking the ISO if you want to mod it, I think

What's the difference between a Jb file and a dec rom? And is one better than the other?
