Never mind.
I re-downloaded the Drakengard 2 file and extracted it by:
Opening the 7Zip application and finding the file in the directory through the 7Zip app.

Have you tried using 7zip instead of the Windows unzip utility? The default Windows unzip has trouble with large files.
