Check the info on Redump (under the name 'Disney/Pixar Cars 2') to make sure it's not identical to an existing variant, and if it seems unique, submit it to Redump for verification. Once Redump verifies the dump, a corresponding entry will appear on Vimm under "Missing or Outdated Media", and you'll be able to upload it there.
